Iveco Defence Vehicles (IDV), the defense arm of the Turin-based Iveco Group, has signed a €755 million ($786 million) contract with Italy’s land armaments directorate to deliver 1,453 tactical-logistics trucks. This acquisition represents a key milestone in the Italian Army’s efforts to modernize its tactical-logistics vehicle fleet, with deliveries scheduled between 2025 and 2038.
