Thales and KNDS France have unveiled a ground-based version of the RAPIDFire naval defense system, aimed at safeguarding critical assets in dynamic, high-threat environments.
Engineered for short-range protection, the system is capable of countering drones, loitering munitions, low-end cruise missiles, and indirect fire threats.
It offers point defense coverage up to 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) and is equipped with a 140-round ready rack, allowing sustained engagement with minimal reloading.
